This villa has two bedrooms and two baths, along with a full size murphy bed located in the living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two twins that can be used as a king also. Linens are provided for either way you decide to have the bed made. The master bedroom has a walk in closet. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. One car garage. The enclosed lanai has plenty of seating area to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of all of the surroundings. A cozy bench in the kitchen provides a seating area while working in the kitchen. The community offers a community pool and bocce ball court for your pleasure while staying in the community. No pets, No Smoking on premises.
